Villa 12 is a one bedroom plus loft two story penthouse.

Upon entering Unit#12 you will be greeted by a beautiful Mayan Palapa that soars above the kitchen, living room and loft area.  The all around patio, which overlooks the pool and lush gardens, is perfect for relaxing or enjoying a private late night dinner. 

The calm, romantic bedroom has direct access to the bathroom with an oversized marble shower.  And after an exhausting day at the beach or exploring the Mayan Ruins, relax and enjoy the view of the ocean while soaking in your own private plunge pool with jets on the cozy roof top terrace which leads into the loft.

The bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps two adults).  The living room features a large built-in couch (can sleep one or two adults comfortably) and a separate sleeping loft with a super twin bed.
